We've got some advice to give the state GOP, and most importantly for our readers, regarding New York's 48th Senate seat, which is currently held by Darrel Aubertine (keep in mind that we are not Darrel's biggest fans here at UGOB).

And just a quick hint: it won't be good news for Dierdre Scozzafava (Rino from Gouverneur)!
Of course we have to be brutally honest here at UGOB... after all we are a group of good ol' boys with some witty/insightful thoughts.

Ya know another post by you guys would be nice...maybe something about the incompetence of Danger Democrat or how come Darrel Aubertine never got charged with going negative, but Will Barclay did...

How about this -- Darrel fails to deliver on school, fails to deliver on local "pork", fails to deliver for JCC, but gets a job for his sister (gonna pay the money back, Senator?), and political cronies at the DEC.
How many times can you get the info on Aubertine wrong. Put Deedee resume up next to Aubertine and I mean dollars for dollars and lets face the facts I researched it(not easy) but found she is almost 4 dollars for every one she brings to her dist. behind Aubertine. Second the Dems run NY for the next two years and many appointments are going to be made and the Dems will make the final decision on who gets what. When the Rep take back control then maybe Deedee will get a bigger peice of the pie, but I am not willing to waite two years and pay higher taxes.
DeeDee should see the light and change parties, half the family is all Dems (husband).

If the NY-GOP picks State Assemblywoman Deirdre Scozzafava (As small buzz is being made) to replace the Congressman...Then this will mean ANOTHER DEFEAT FOR THE GOP!
She voted for Legalization of Marijuana.
Assembly members voted 89 to 52 in favor of the bill (A7732).....
Five Sellout Republicans vote and pushed for Gay Marriage.....
(Joel Miller, Janet Duprey, Teresa Sayward, Dierdre Scozzafava, and Fred Thiele).......
Dierdre Scozzafava is a Republican who voted for this bill......
(Along with four "I stand for nothing" NY-GOP politicians who did not have to vote for this bill coming from areas they represented)
If I was a Dem Consultant - Here is how I would win this congressional race....
I would run a Blue Collar/DINO/Conservative Democrat against a made out to be RINO/Liberal Republican Dierdre Scozzafava ......Conservatives will sit home and the Dem's will win again.
It looks as though State Assemblywoman Deirdre Scozzafava is more interested in receiving awards down in New York City then in the Adirondacks.
